- Get your ID ready, upload the current certificate of study and off you go! Your application is now officially in the race!
- Lean back! We will check your application quickly and as soon as everything fits, your lease agreement will be ready for download
- Sign the contract digitally and upload it again. You can easily send us the original by post afterwards. Almost done!
- Your room is already reserved for you! Now comes the last, decisive step: Transfer the deposit to us. Only with the receipt of the deposit will nothing stand in the way of your move-in and your place in E|1 is finally secured!

Your studies are only just starting?
No stress! Instead, upload your letter of admission or your study contract (DHBW).
Important: You simply submit the enrollment certificate by the start of the lease at the latest.

Upload your valid ID/pass/passport.
Attention, non-EU vibes: As a non-EU citizen, you must additionally upload your residence permit/visa. Be sure to check that the validity of the permit matches the rental period. If your permit expires earlier, we unfortunately have to adjust the rental duration in your application.
