- Browse through our rooms and choose your absolute dream room. Then simply register online—one click and you're in the game!
- Get your ID card ready, upload your current certificate of enrollment, and off you go! Your application is now officially in the running.
- Sit back and relax! We'll check your documents right away. As soon as everything is in order, we'll let you know and your rental agreement will be ready for you to download.
- Sign the contract digitally and upload it again. You can then send us the original by mail at your convenience. Almost done!
- Your room is already reserved for you. Now comes the final crucial step: the deposit. As soon as we receive it, your place at E

What documents do you need for your spot? Check this list so we can process your application right away:
Your student ID
- Are you already enrolled? Then simply send us your current certificate of enrollment.
- Haven't started your studies yet? No worries! Instead, upload your certificate of admission or your study contract (e.g., DHBW).
- Important: You must submit your final enrollment certificate to us by the start of the rental period at the latest.
- Your ID check: Upload a photo or scan of your valid ID card or passport.
- International Vibes (Non-EU): As a non-EU citizen, we also need your residence permit or visa.
Important fact: Be sure to check whether your permit is valid for the entire rental period. If it expires earlier, we will unfortunately have to adjust the rental period in your application accordingly.
