Washing machines and dryers are available for use in E|1. This service is provided by our cooperation partner WeWash. Operation and billing are handled digitally via the WeWash app. A drying room is also available.

The E1 student residence offers you an ultra-beautiful location directly on the banks of the Neckar – perfect for a break or an after-work walk. There is space here for 36 students in 20 nice rooms. Choose your vibe:

- 16 x Partner-Mode: Spacious double rooms, separated by a large bathroom.
For the community spaces, we have several bright lounge and study rooms – whether group study or just hanging out, everything goes here. And the huge, fully equipped kitchen is ready for your cooking sessions! Cost check: You're safe with the all-inclusive rent. All service charges and fast Wi-Fi are already included – full transparency, no stress with additional payments! Washing machines and dryers (via WeWash) are ready for your laundry, and your bikes can be parked easily in the parking spaces in front of the building. Community kitchen
Each unit has lounge areas and a community kitchen. This is equipped with several hobs, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. Each user also receives a fixed space for their supplies in the refrigerator and pantry.
Bicycle parking
You have the possibility to park your bike in the parking spaces in front of the building.
